 Order Information To order: (1) Email us your order, and submit payment via paypal (to mike@qazam.com) - please feel free to confirm totals first if you'd like via email. OR (2) Print out our Order Form (click here), and mail it along with the appropriate amount. Both cheques and money orders are acceptable. If you'd like to email us the order as well so we know it's coming and can get it ready, that would be appreciated. Shipping Information We ship via Canada Post (and its compatriot, USPS) surface at the following rates. We will ship express via Fedex, but will charge their exact rates plus a 25% surcharge. Most orders are shipped out within two weeks, but it depends on the inventory we have on hand. US Customers: $3US + 8.5% of total order. Canadian Customers: $3.35CAD + 8.5% of total order. Multi-Unit Discounts Many of our customers are looking to complete a unit train - we see these all the time on the CN mainline. For that reason, we do provide discounts for those ordering multiple units (LUMBER LOADS ONLY). Discounts kick in at 4+ loads; if you're interested, please email us for details.
